Patrick Geryl on his sites is writing about the project called "Prefect Vision" - which talks about creating the "tourist" centre in Dragon's Mountains in the RSA where shareholders can buy for themselves the house ( made from the container) or build the bunker in the future.
The solution is quite interesting. It is obvious from his calculations that this land is good (safe in 2012).
But in the book "How to survive 2012 " I read about rules and laws which he would like to introduce (to impose) in this centre, and more for its future inhabitants. I don't like it a bit..
Does somebody also have mixed feelings after the reading?

Exactly... I also think that some elements of the book are suspected or even looking very forbidding... Patrick try to force oneself on us a lot of laws which are suggesting that he would like to become somebody in the kind for the "Master of new world" ;]

In my opinion, Geryl's way to survive the cataclysm is not bad. But on the other hand he is talking only about some investitions, costs, money. I am not sure is he honest in his words. It is very good idea but not how to survive the 2012 but how to earn large amount of money. I do not know if small hobbit house will not be destroyed during the earthquakes. Also the movement of mountains is possible. I do not know what to think about this...

Just as bad, despite the author's dire prediction of a near total apocalypse, he goes on merrily to discuss ideal menus for the survivors. He's big into kiwi fruit, baked bannanas, orange juice, avocados and multiple other vegetarian delicacies. This is certainly confusing. If his scenario is even ten percent correct the rare survivors will be lucky to get the occasional moldy potato or skinny rat.Also, it will be very important to properly train the young survivors in this Hell turned Utopia. It will be very important that they are taught not to make the same mistakes that led to the catastrophe that destroyed the earth [????]. This is truly confusing because earlier the author indicates that the 2012 world shattering catastrophe is entirely the product of irreversible natural phenomena.

What are you, pessemists? Atheists? Satanists? In my view, it looks as if you want the world to end, that you are looking for to it. I'd rather die if something happened to the earth. I can't live in a barbaric world full of pessemistic thinkers. Plus, I'd rather see all of humanity fall. We've lived too long and screwed up a once great planet with war, disease, and poison. What makes the Mayan people so special anyway? So their calendar ends. That doesn't mean anything. I hope you feel stupid when you dig a bunker, sit in it for a few weeks and come out and everything is still there.

I have no idea if something bad will happen in 2012 or not. Most people have a many different insurance ? why? coz 2012? But!
The human species does not have an insurance policy that covers a global cataclysm in 2012. How will you explain that?

So my opinion is , whole this 2012 theory looks for me like a new kind strategy , clever by the way .

the only solution for this is to pray and don't believe that 2012 will be last day the earth. If this will happen think on something that you need to do before the ends, not struggling on your death.
